RWAHUB AGOS: From asset verification to recovery

What should I manage after issuing a token? We examine the management system that separates rights by project, executes funds by stage, and links risk signals and disclosures.

AGOS is a management system developed by RWAHUB to continuously analyze the asset, funding and business status of a project and link risk signals with follow-up actions. The idea is to include not only asset verification and issuance, but also disclosure during operation and recovery when problems occur in the scope of management.

The key questions are what information investors receive, under what conditions funds are released, and who takes action when warning signs emerge. The investor protection measures announced by the Company are being reviewed and developed in stages. They do not guarantee principal or automatically compensate for losses.

Distinguish between main token and project rights

RWAHUB proposed a structure that divides the main token connecting common functions and sub-tokens corresponding to individual assets and services. The main token is intended to be connected to ecosystem functions such as asset registration and management, AI Agent·AGOS, and Oracle.

On the other hand, subtokens are separated into each basic asset or service unit, such as real estate, smart farm, and content. The company is reviewing risk separation structures, such as contracts with SPVs, to reduce problems in individual projects from directly spreading to other projects.

This is an example explaining the project type. It does not imply an automatic loss compensation structure through the main token.

Fund execution is confirmed along with the progress of the project.

The proposed safeguards include underlying-asset due diligence, segregated investor funds, minimum fundraising thresholds, staged disbursement, sponsor equity, insurance, independent verification and monitoring. Actual application depends on each project's characteristics and the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

Staged fund execution is an approach in which the full amount is not paid immediately just because the recruitment is completed. For real estate, land security, permits, construction commencement, and progress rates were provided as examples, and for smart farms, facility construction, production volume, and delivery contracts were provided as examples.

The terms of use of protected resources are important.

The Company is considering an Investor Protection Reserve, separately managing part of issuance and fundraising fees for risk-management purposes. Proposed uses include additional due diligence, external assessments, insurance, audits and emergency management.

This resource is not described as a guarantee of principal or a means of providing guaranteed loss. It is the company's policy to clarify the legal nature of financial resources, management entity, terms of use and investor rights before application.

Even design actions after detecting danger signals.

AGOS is developed to analyze asset valuation, collateral capacity, cash holdings and exhaustion, budget execution, business progress and sales, delinquency, insurance and licensing, and external data abnormalities.

The Company plans to link NORMAL, WATCH, WARNING and CRITICAL status levels with further due diligence, disbursement restrictions, revaluation and material disclosures. Labels alone are not enough: the data used, triggering criteria and responsible parties must be defined in actual operating rules.

Read the current status of an asset along with its price

The Investor Dashboard proposed a plan to display the raised amount, execution amount, remaining funds, evaluation amount and evaluation date, business progress, cash flow, collateral/insurance, external data update, and alert status.

Even for the same valuation, it is important to know when, by whom, and on what basis it was evaluated. For a dashboard to be helpful, it needs to provide an understanding of the baseline and change history of the data rather than just listing numbers.

If there is a problem, it will be collected according to the contract.

For material warning signs, the Company plans a process involving restrictions on new disbursements, emergency due diligence, asset revaluation and investor disclosures, followed by consideration of recovery, restructuring, sale or liquidation.

Recovery is intended to be addressed within each project's assets, SPV, collateral, insurance and contractual priority structure. This should not be understood as a mechanism in which the main token automatically compensates for losses on a particular sub-token or redeems it at a fixed price.

The protection system is a verifiable process rather than a promise.

Investor protection isn't complete with just a feature name or an alert screen. It is the process of checking whether assets actually exist, where funds are being used, whether the business is progressing as planned, and what information can be received if a problem arises.

Here are also the criteria for evaluating the direction of AGOS. This article is a reconstruction of the plan announced by the company on September 26, 2026, and the protection measures and investor rights applicable to individual projects must be confirmed in actual contracts and disclosure materials.
