On October 19, 2026, Economist Korea reported that DataCityWeMarket and Delta Engineering signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the joint development and commercialization of AI data centers and GPU computing infrastructure.
The main areas of cooperation are joint AI data center development, the supply of NVIDIA GPU-based servers and racks, and modular and containerized data centers based on Supermicro DCBBS. DataCityWeMarket is expected to lead business development, investment attraction and financing, while Delta Engineering will handle design, equipment selection and technical review.
The companies are considering equity investment, project financing, special-purpose companies and RWA-linked financing models. Any token issuance or fundraising would proceed only after reviewing legal classification, financial regulation, investor protection and authorization requirements. The investment size and structure of each project are to be defined in separate agreements.
