LOTI is a process-driven technology company pioneering a Roll-to-Roll dry manufacturing platform for OLED lighting. Through innovation of conventional technology, LOTI dramatically reduces capital cost, footprint, and unit cost while enabling continuous mass production. Starting from beauty and automotive lighting, LOTI is expanding toward general lighting and future thin-film applications such as smart windows, solar cells, and solid-state batteries.

Business Overview

Loti is a process-innovation manufacturing platform company that, based on its proprietary PSCD process and roll-to-roll (R2R) 100% dry manufacturing platform, dramatically reduces equipment and cleanroom investments as well as variable costs compared to conventional flat OLED processes, produces 100×100 mm² panels at a cost of about 3 dollars, and aims to achieve an OLED lighting cost of under 10 dollars per klm. This technology enables non-stop continuous production and offers high scalability, providing medium- to long-term strategic value through its potential expansion not only into beauty and phototherapy lighting, automotive interior and exterior lighting, and general lighting, but also into next-generation thin-film device industries such as smart windows, perovskite solar cells, and all-solid-state batteries.
