Korea, Switzerland, and the United States plan to become a global hub for RWAHUB

DataCityWeMarket announced that it will pursue the establishment of an OTA corporation in Delaware, USA, with the Swiss RWAHUB Foundation on September 18, 2026. The idea is to place Korea at the center of technology development and group strategy and connect the ecosystem and travel business overseas.

The Swiss Foundation is responsible for tokens and protocols, Treasury policies, and global ecosystem operation and development support. We plan to distinguish between purpose business and repetitive commercial activities and design the performers of platform sales and B2B services separately.

The presentation also presented the role of commercial RWA businesses for Swiss for-profit entities. It was explained that the assets and accounting of the foundation and for-profit corporations will be separated, and service fees, license fees, and investment funds will be managed in accordance with actual contracts and tax and accounting standards.

The Delaware corporation in the United States is promoted as a base for lodging, travel, airline reservation and brokerage business. We plan to utilize bases in Korea, New York, and Switzerland and connect hotel and resort assets with the RWA structure.

The utility token payment and reward model is being examined step by step based on country-by-country regulatory review.

The Company stated that it will develop the structure through reviews by local legal and tax specialists and Korean experts in international taxation, foreign exchange and virtual assets.

Planning for incorporation and actually providing services are separate steps. This includes reviewing business-specific conditions such as travel industry, consumer protection, payment, taxation, and data protection.
